This booklet was produced by Faith Matters, and highlights important, often forgotten figures. In the Jewish community we try hard to honour what we call 'Righteous Gentles' - non-Jews who saved Jews from Nazi atrocities. Stories of Righteous Muslims are not as well known, so this is an important booklet from that point of view, but it also challenges us to consider positive stories of Jewish-Muslim relations, and in a time when Muslims feel like all media portrayals are negative, this is a small good news story!

These stories also force us to ask other important questions, about our own conduct, and the risks we would be willing to take to protect the vulnerable in a similar situation.
