Hindus believe there are many ways to find God. One of these ways is called the 'Path of Love' or 'Bhakti Yoga'.  It is suited to those who are naturally drawn to God. The devotee spends his time in prayers, worship and constant remembrance of the deity of his choice. He does worship with a great deal of love and care, and develops a special, loving relationship with the deity of his/her choice. Hindus have a choice of the way they want to think of God. Some think of God as a father in heaven and may call him Vishnu or Shiva. Others may worship God as the Mother of the Universe, and others (as depicted in this picture) like to think of God as child, and worship him as baby Krishna.
